汽车塑料电镀零件开发的分析

Abstract: On the basis of the development and research of automotive plastic electroplating parts, this paper puts forward the development and verification methods of the whole process in four directions, including material development, manufacturing process, structural design, experimental evaluation. In the material development, the basic material properties of material and design requirements of material formula are analyzed. In the manufacturing process, the process requirements such as injection molding and electroplating parameters of parts are clarified. In the structural design, the common requirements for parts and the special requirements for each type of part are described. In the experimental evaluation, the evaluation methods of rough appearance, adhesion force, hot and cold impact are proposed. The development process method of whole process provides a reference for the development of automotive electroplating parts and ensures the reliability of automotive electroplating parts.

摘要: 文章在对汽车塑料电镀零件开发研究的基础上,提出包括材料开发、制造工艺、结构 设计、实验评价等四大方向的全流程的开发验证方法。在材料开发中,分析了材料开发中对 材料的基本物性和材料配方设计的要求;在制造工艺中,明确零件注塑及电镀参数等工艺要 求;在结构设计中,说明了针对零件的共通要求以及各个类型零件的特殊要求;在实验评价 中,提出粗化外观、结合力、冷热冲击的评价方法。全流程的开发流程方法为汽车电镀零件 的开发提供参考,保证了汽车电镀零件的可靠性。
