Abstract: Using the active noise control method to reduce the road noise in vehicle is a cutting-edge approach, but there are few practical cases and available experience for reference. The road noise active control system based on normalized filter-x least mean square (NFxLMS) algorithm is developed in this paper, the algorithm principle of the multi-channel input and multi-channel output of the noise reduction control system, and the secondary path modeling are described. The Simulink model is built based on this algorithm, and dSPACE is used as the real-time controller to build a vehicle test platform based on the algorithm. The road test of demo car shows that the system has a good effect on vehicle interior road noise reduction. Finally, an unstable working condition problem of the normalized filter-x least mean square (FxLMS) algorithm is analyzed and the solution is proposed.

摘要: 采用主动噪声控制方式来降低车内道路噪声是一种前沿方法,但实际的案例和可供参 考的经验较少。文章介绍了某车型道路噪声主动降噪系统,基于归一化参考信号滤波最小均 方误差(NFxLMS)算法开发的道路噪声主动降噪系统,对控制系统多通道输入、多通道输 出的降噪算法原理,以及次级通道的处理进行了说明。基于该算法搭建了 Simulink 模型,并 采用 dSPACE 作为实时控制器搭建了基于该算法的整车验证平台,通过实车道路测试表明该 系统对车内路噪有良好的降噪效果,最后对归一化的最小均方误差(FxLMS)算法中的不稳 定工况问题进行分析并提出了解决办法。
