Abstract: Vehicle assembly is the key link to realize product characteristics, and the quality level of the assembly process is directly related to the quality of vehicle products. The article mainly aims at the problem of unqualified assembly process of a heavy-duty vehicle. Through statistical analysis of data and field experiments, the main reasons for the unqualified assembly of the whole vehicle are found, and improvement measures are proposed. Through tracking and analyzing the improvement measures, the first time quality rate of vehicles has been significantly improved, and the improvement effect is good.

摘要: 整车装配环节是实现产品特性的关键环节,装配过程质量水平直接关系到整车产品质 量。文章主要针对某重型汽车装配过程不合格的问题,通过数据统计分析和现场实验,查找 造成整车装配不合格的主要原因,并提出改进措施,通过对改进措施的跟踪分析,车辆一次 下线合格率得到了明显提升,改进效果良好。
