Abstract: The promotion of the "new four modernizations" of the automotive industry is inseparable from the study of the adaptability of electric vehicles in extreme environments. From the perspective of the vehicle battery, this paper analyzes that the discharge terminal voltage and capacity of the lithium battery will decrease at low temperatures, and the internal resistance of the battery will increase, and it is deduced that the driving range of the pure electric vehicle is proportional to the voltage and capacity of the discharge terminal of the driving battery, and is inversely proportional to the internal resistance of the battery, so as to qualitatively analyze that the low temperature will reduce the driving range of the pure electric vehicle. Finally, the vehicle simulation was carried out by Cruise software, and it is concluded that under the cyclic working conditions of -15 °C, the driving range of pure electric vehicles decreased by 39.48% compared with normal temperature, while the driving range was reduced by 41.11% under the condition of 60 km/h isometric working conditions.

摘要: 汽车行业“新四化”的推进离不开对电动汽车在极端环境下的适应性研究。文章从车载电池的角度,分析出低温下锂电池的放电端电压和容量都将减小,而电池内阻增大,并且推导出纯电动汽车的续驶里程与驱动电池的放电端电压和容量成正比,与电池内阻成反比,从而定性分析出低温将减小纯电动汽车的续驶里程。最后利用 Cruise 软件进行整车仿真,得出在-15 ℃的循环工况条件下,纯电动汽车的续驶里程较常温,下降 39.48%,而在 60 km/h等速工况下续驶里程减小 41.11%。
