Abstract: In 2020, the Ministry of Education carried out a reform pilot of the "automobile technology" event in the higher vocational group of the National Vocational College Skills Competition. This paper mainly compares the competition rules, contestants' reports and the competition questions used in the national competition of the "automobile technology" event before and after the reform pilot of the national vocational college skills competition, summarize the changes and unchanges of the "automobile technology" event in many aspects, such as the event purpose, the event content, the way of competition, the contestant report and the scoring table, analyzed the impact on instructors and contestant. It is proposed to strengthen the level of instructors in the "automobile technology" event by building excellent teams, making up knowledge loophole,familiarizing with competition equipment, and inviting experts to give lectures, improve the level of competitors by setting up an automobile technology competition class, intensifying the process assessment, integrating the spirit of craftsman, improving physical fitness and strengthening psychological counseling. Finally, it will improve the performance of the contestants in the "automobile technology" event.

摘要： 2020 年，教育部对全国职业院校技能大赛高职组“汽车技术”赛项进行改革试点。文 章主要通过对全国职业院校技能大赛改革试点赛前后“汽车技术”赛项的竞赛规程、选手报 告单、历年国赛用题进行对比，总结出“汽车技术”赛项在赛项目的、赛项内容、竞赛方式、 选手报告单及评分表等多个方面的变化与不变，分析了对指导教师和参赛选手的影响，提出 通过打造优秀团队、弥补知识漏洞、熟悉竞赛设备、邀请专家讲座等四个方面加强“汽车技 术”赛项指导教师水平，通过成立汽车技术赛项竞赛班、加重过程考核、融入工匠精神、提 高身体素质和加强心理辅导等方面来提升参赛选手水平，最终达到提高“汽车技术”赛项参 赛选手成绩。
