Abstract: The weight of fuel vehicle harness weight is about 30 kg and the purchasing cost is about 4 000 RMB, if use aluminum conducting wire instead of copper wire to make wiring harness, it will reduce the weight, improve fuel economy, improve emissions and reduce the cost of wiring harness. However, there are still some problems in the process of aluminum conducting wire crimping, welding, wiring assemble process and so on. In order to solve these problems and popularize the aluminum wire harness, some suppliers have also adopted new processes, new equipment and computer-aided design optimization, etc. These new technologies can effectively improve the existing problems of aluminum conducting wire, and create the conditions for the popularization of aluminum conducting wire. At the end of this paper, a simple prospect of the future use of aluminum conducting wire is made.

摘要: 燃油车整车线束重量约 30 kg,采购成本约人民币 4 000 元,如采用铝导线代替现有的 铜导线制作线束,会减轻整车重量、提升整车燃油经济性、改善排放并减少线束采购成本, 会为主机厂带来巨大的收益。但是目前铝导线在制程中还存在压接、焊接、布线安装等问题, 为了解决这些问题使铝线束能够得到普及,一些供应商也采取了新工艺、新设备和设计时的 计算机辅助优化等方法,这些新技术能够有效的改善铝导线目前存在的一些问题,为铝导线 的普及创造了条件,最后对未来铝导线的使用前景做了简单的展望。
