Abstract: The design of head space check is an important content in the development of the vehicle. Whether the design is reasonable or not has an important impact on the ergonomics and development cycle of the vehicle. This paper mainly uses RAMSIS software to simulate the head movements of different sizes of human bodies, and converts the 3D human head rotation trajectory into 2D simple head envelope to realize the check of the head space of the rear occupant of the vehicle.

摘要: 头部空间校核设计是整车开发中的一项重要内容,其设计是否合理,对整车的人机工 程和开发周期都有重要影响。论文主要借助 RAMSIS 软件,模拟不同尺寸人体的头部活动, 将 3D 人体头部转动轨迹转化为 2D 简易头部包络线,实现对整车后排乘员头部空间的校核。
