Abstract: The air conditioning system of new energy vehicles is quite different from that of traditional fuel vehicles in terms of refrigerant, compressor working mode and air conditioning system control logic. Taking the no refrigeration of the air conditioning system of a Dongfeng Yueda Kia K5 hybrid electric car as an example, starting from the fault phenomenon, by searching for information such as the composition and working principle of the air conditioning system, adjusting the direction of fault finding with the help of new energy vehicle diagnostic instruments, comprehensively using technical means such as maintenance circuit diagram, reading fault code data flow, etc., analyze the cause of the fault, determine the nature and location of the fault, fundamentally find and solve the problem, and provide ideas and methods for new energy vehicle maintenance.

摘要: 新能源汽车空调系统和传统燃油汽车空调系统有较大区别,在制冷剂、压缩机工作模 式及系统控制逻辑等方面都有所不同。文章以东风悦达起亚 K5 混合动力轿车空调系统不制冷 为实例,从故障现象入手,通过查找空调系统组成、工作原理等资料,借助新能源汽车诊断 仪器调整故障查找方向,综合运用维修电路图、读取故障码数据流等技术手段,分析故障出 现的原因,确定故障性质和部位,从根本上发现问题并解决问题,为新能源汽车维修提供了 思路和方法。
