Abstract: In order to ensure that the universal cross shaft assembly can achieve the state specified in the transmission shaft assembly design when working, when the universal cross shaft assembly in the transmission shaft assembly, we must avoid the assembly quality problems such as needle tilt, bearing pressure, cross shaft, needle surface scratch, oil seal extrusion deformation, and reduce the early failure of the universal joint assembly in the working state. The paper first expounds the common failure mode of universal axial cross shaft assembly, then analyzes the influence of the old and new equipment process on the universal axial cross shaft assembly, finally discusses the universal axial cross shaft assembly in the transmission shaft assembly, the comparative analysis of failure data before and after improvement proved the effectiveness of the new design process tooling.

摘要: 为了保障万向节十字轴总成在工作时能够达到传动轴总成设计所规定的状态,在传动 轴总成中的万向节十字轴总成装配时,必须避免滚针歪倒、轴承压伤、十字轴、滚针表面划 伤、油封挤压变形等装配质量问题,降低万向节总成在工作状态下的早期故障。文章首先阐 述了万向节十字轴总成的常见失效模式,接着分析了改进前后装备工艺对万向节十字轴总成 的影响,最后主要针对万向节十字轴总成在传动轴总成中的装配方案进行探讨,经过改进前 后失效数据的对比分析验证了新设计工艺工装的有效性。
