Study on Removal Efficiency of Volatile Organic Compounds in Vehicle by Air Purifier Transport

空气净化器对车内挥发性有机物去除率的研究

Abstract: This paper briefly describes the hazards of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in vehicles, introduces the current standards of air purifier and air quality for passenger car and sedan. The delayed evaluation method and the comparative evaluation method are proposed,according to the shortcomings of existing standards, and the two methods analyzed for the advantages and disadvantages. The test results of the two methods are analyzed and discussed, the air purifier is evaluated. It provides a scientific basis for enterprises to choose air purifiers, and advocates the concept of leading enterprises to implement healthy travel. The proposed delay evaluation method can be combined with the test method of air quality in the bus, and it is not necessary to test the removal rate of VOCs by the air cleaner separately, which saves time and testing costs for enterprises.

摘要: 文章简述了车内挥发性有机物(VOCs)危害,介绍了客车、乘用车空气质量和客车用 空气净化器现行标准的情况。根据现有标准的缺点提出了延时评价法和对比评价法,分析两 种方法的利弊及两种方法的测试结果,并对空气净化器进行了评价,为企业对空气净化器的 选择提供了科学依据,倡导引领企业执行健康出行的理念。提出的延时评价法可以与车内空 气质量的测试方法相结合,不需要单独进行空气净化器对 VOCs 去除率的检测试验,为企业 节省时间和检测费用成本。
