Abstract: The car seat frame and functional components are important carriers for supporting the sitting posture of drivers and passengers, and their appearance and layout parameters greatly affect the safety, operation, and comfort of drivers and passengers. The layout of the seat frame and functional components is the focus of seat engineering design and the foundation of styling design. Based on ergonomics and relevant laws and regulations, this paper analyzes the design principles and reference basis of the fore and aft adjustment, height adjustment, backrest rotation adjustment, lumbar four-way adjustment, and head restraint up and down adjustment of the electric seat, which can confirm the engineering hard points of the seat cushion, backrest, and head restraint position track in the modeling design stage, ensure that the modeling design conforms to safety, operability, and comfort, and improve the overall design quality of the electric seat, povide theoretical support for the seat frame module in the interior design of the entire vehicle, and improve the efficiency of the grouping design of the automotive interior.

摘要: 汽车座椅骨架及功能件是支撑驾乘人员坐姿的重要载体,其外形与布置参数极大地影 响着驾乘人员安全性、操作、乘坐舒适性。座椅骨架及功能件布置更是座椅工程设计的重点, 是造型设计的基础。文章基于人体工程学及相应法规,分析电动座椅前后调节、高度调节、 靠背旋转调节、腰托四向调节、头枕上下调节的设计原理及参考依据,可在造型设计阶段确 认座椅坐垫、靠背、头枕位置轨迹的工程硬点,确保造型设计符合安全性、可操作性及舒适 性,提升电动座椅整体设计质量,为整车内饰造型设计提供座椅骨架模块的理论支持,提高 汽车内饰分组设计的效率。
