Abstract: The shaft fork is one of the key components in the steering drive axle, and its structure rationality directly affects the steering and bearing performance of the whole axle. From the structural design, material selection, motion check and calculation analysis of an 18 t steering drive axle shaft fork, the paper expounds the design and analysis process of the shaft fork in detail, and determines the feasibility of the design product from the simulation aspect through finite element analysis, which provides the method and theoretical support for the design and analysis of similar products.

摘要: 轴叉是转向驱动桥中的关键零部件之一,其结构的合理性直接影响到整桥的转向及承 载性能。文章从一款 18 t 转向驱动桥轴叉的结构设计、材料选择、运动校核和计算分析等方 面,详细阐述了轴叉的设计分析过程,并通过有限元分析从模拟仿真方面确定了设计产品的 可行性,为相似产品的设计及分析提供了方法和理论支撑。
