电动直连变速箱换挡控制分析

Abstract: As the core technology of automatic transmission control system, shift control determines the vehicle's power, economy and comfort indicators. The mechanical synchronizer is abandoned in the electric direct coupled transmission, which makes the gear matching function between the engagement sleeve and the engagement gear lacking, so that shift impact, such as tooth top impact and synchronous impact, is more likely to occur at the moment of gear shifting. Therefore, in the control of electric direct transmission, the problem of precise speed regulation of drive motor and sectional control of joint sleeve is introduced. This paper systematically analyzes the key factors that affect the shift jerk and shift impact, and improves the shift performance index by optimizing the shift schedule curve and the shift process control algorithm. Finally, the algorithm is verified by bench and vehicle road tests. It lays a foundation for subsequent product market launch and technology upgrading.

摘要: 换挡控制作为自动变速箱控制系统的核心技术,决定着整车动力性、经济性及舒适性 指标。电动直连变速箱舍弃了机械式同步器,使得接合套与接合齿之间缺乏对齿功能,从而 在挂挡瞬间更易发生换挡冲击,如齿顶撞击、同步冲击等。因此,在电动直连变速箱控制中, 文章引入驱动电机精准调速与接合套分段控制问题。通过系统地分析影响换挡顿挫与换挡冲 击关键因素,采用优化换挡规律曲线及挂挡过程控制算法等措施,有效地提升了换挡性能指 标。最后,通过台架与整车道路试验完成了算法验证,为后续产品市场投放与技术升级奠定 基础。
