Abstract: In recent years, with the development of electronic technology, a variety of novel electrical and electronic functions begin to be applied on the vehicle, electrification, intelligence, gesture recognition, face recognition and other functions gradually become a new choice for consumers, the kick function of power tailgate is one of the major representatives. The article mainly studies the design of the kick function of power lift gate system, the article starts from the induction principle of capacitive kick, and combines the development experience of the real car kick in the work, and discusses the network architecture and layout requirements of the kick system. At the same time, in order to meet the static power consumption requirements of the whole vehicle, combined with the working characteristics of the local interconnect network (LIN) bus, the sleep wake-up strategy and functional logic are required in detail, and the vehicle equipped with the kicking system has high testing kick sensitivity, reasonable functional logic design, and low static current consumption, which has certain reference significance for the design of the kick function of subsequent models.

摘要: 近年来随着电子科技的发展,各种新颖的电子电气功能开始在整车上应用,电动化、 智能化、手势识别、人脸识别等功能逐渐成为消费者新的选择,电动尾门的脚踢功能即是其 中一大代表。文章主要研究某车型的电动尾门的脚踢功能设计,从电容式脚踢的感应原理入 手,并结合工作中的实车脚踢开发经验,对脚踢系统的网络架构、布置要求进行了论述。同 时为了满足整车静态功耗要求,结合本地互联网络(LIN)总线工作特点,对休眠唤醒策略及 功能逻辑进行了详细要求,搭载本脚踢系统的整车经实测脚踢灵敏度高、功能逻辑设计合理、 静态电流消耗低,对后续车型脚踢功能设计具有一定的参考意义。
