Abstract: Based on the abnormal flameout problem of a certain model, the article starts from the problem investigation and cause analysis to find the possible causes of the valve control problem. The main causes of the problem are found to be abnormal wear of the pressure control value (PCV) valve and abnormal learning of the engine flow through the working principle of the engine and the vehicle test, and causes of possible problems are excluded one by one. Finally, the problem is solved and the power of the product is improved by optimizing the PCV structure, adopting the double buffer spring structure, and replacing the PCV material.

摘要: 文章基于某车型的异常熄火问题,从问题调查、原因分析着手,找到问题的可能原因, 并通过发动机工作原理、整车试验逐一将可能发生问题原因排除,找到了问题的主要原因为 压力调节阀(PCV)异常磨损,发动机流量学习异常。最终通过优化 PCV 结构,采用双缓冲 弹簧结构,同时更换 PCV 材质,问题得到了最终解决,产品力得到提升。
