Abstract: In the assembly process of bolts and nuts, our commonly used impact wrenches and sockets are common assembly tools. The impact wrench and socket produce a large noise due to the impact between the impact plate and the impact shaft inside the impact wrench during the process of tightening the bolt. In this paper, the noise source in the assembly process of impact air gun and sleeve is analyzed in depth, and a new structure sleeve is developed by using polymer materials such as carbon fiber and glass fiber on the basis of the original steel structure sleeve. On the basis of ensuring the original function and performance of the sleeve, the medium of sound propagation is changed, the amplitude of the sound is reduced, and the noise is reduced by 4 decibels compared with the general steel sleeve.

摘要: 在螺栓和螺母的装配过程中,冲击式风动扳手及套筒是常见的装配工具。冲击式风动 扳手及套筒在拧紧螺栓的过程中因冲击式扳手内部冲击板块和冲击轴之间的撞击,产生较大 的噪音。文章深入分析了冲击式风枪和套筒在装配过程中的噪音来源,在原有的钢制结构套 筒基础上,采用碳纤、玻纤等高分子材料,研究出了一种新结构的套筒。在保证套筒的原有 功能、性能基础上,改变声音传播的介质,降低声音的振幅;较通用钢制套筒,噪音降低了 4 分贝。
