Abstract: Currently, more and more fastback models are being introduced into the market, which presents unprecedented challenges to the design of headspace for the rear passengers. The existing industry standards, including SAE J1100—2009 and global cars manufacturers information exchange group's engineering drawing standards in 2011, do not provide effective control indicators for the headspace behind the passengers. To address this shortcoming, this paper proposes an optimization design method that introduces a new index, H61-K, which represents the effective headspace for the rear seat backrest angle K, replacing the original index L39, based on the objective indicators of the four rear passenger headspaces defined by Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE). Through a design example of a new vehicle development, the effectiveness of this method is demonstrated, which is of great significance for the development of human-vehicle engineering.

摘要: 目前越来越多的溜背车型推出市场,后排乘员的头部空间设计面临空前挑战。现有国 内外普遍采用最新的 SAE J1100—2009 标准以及全球汽车制造商信息交换组织 2011 年的工程 图标准,对于乘员后方的头部空间均没有有效控制的指标。为了解决这一不足,论文提出了 一种优化设计方法,在美国汽车工程学会(SAE)定义的 4 个乘员后排后方头部空间的客观 指标基础上,引入了一个新增指标 H61-K(后排座椅靠背角 K 对应的有效头部空间),替代原 有指标 L39。通过一个新车型开发的设计实例,说明了这一方法的有效性,对整车人机工程 开发具有十分重要的意义。
