Abstract: In order to meet the needs of vehicle-level safety management requirements for end-users in new energy buses, it is of great significance to make full use of controller area network (CAN), RS-485 and other buses to build a vehicle-level health monitoring platform. In this paper, based on the vehicle terminal CAN, RS-485 and other buses in the new energy bus, the data link is opened up, and all kinds of equipment data and dispatching data are gathered, and then the vehicle level health monitoring and management platform is constructed. Practical application indicates that the functions of real-time monitor, fault diagnosis and treatment, classified summation brings the huge convenience to the management and maintenance.

摘要: 为满足新能源公交车终端用户整车级安全管理需求,充分利用新能源公交车的控制器 局域网络(CAN)、RS-485 等各种总线打造新能源公交车整车级健康监控平台对安全管理具 有十分重要意义。文章在纯电动公交车上,基于车载终端 CAN、RS-485 等总线成功打通车端 数据链路,汇聚各种设备数据、调度数据等,进而构建整车级健康监控管理平台。通过管理 平台实际应用表明其实时在线监控、故障快速定位与处理、分类汇总等功能为整车高效管理 与维护提供了诸多便利。
