Abstract: The bearing for automobile wheels is composed of two sets of conical roller bearings. Its main role is to bear weight and provide accurate guidance for the rotation of the hub. It bears both axial load and radial load, which is a very important component. Once the bearing fails, the whole vehicle will shake and vibrate, and it is also easy to produce a large noise, which will have a direct impact on the driving safety. Therefore, the bearing failure mode and failure mechanism are analyzed, and effective solutions are put forward from the perspective of failure prevention and treatment, aiming to improve the treatment effect of the common failure problems of hub bearings.

摘要: 汽车车轮用轴承是由两套圆锥滚子轴承组合而成,其主要作用是承重和为轮毂的转动 提供精确引导,它既承受轴向载荷又承受径向载荷,是一个非常重要的零部件。轴承一旦失 效会伴随整车发抖震动,还容易产生较大的噪声,这对行车安全产生直接影响。因此,文章 针对轴承失效模式及失效机理等进行分析,并从失效预防与处理的角度提出有效的解决策略, 旨在实现轮毂轴承常见失效问题的处理效果提升
