Abstract: In 2019, the State Council issued the implementation plan of national vocational education reform, proposing the "1+X" certificate system of "academic certificate + several vocational skill certificates". In June 2019, Shanxi mechanical and electrical vocational and technical college applied for and became one of the first batch of "1+X" certificate system pilot colleges in the automotive field. In view of how colleges and universities can implement the "1+X" system and promote the education reform of vocational colleges, our college has carried out exploration, Based on the construction experience of the "1+X" certificate system in the automotive field of Shanxi electromechanical vocational and technical college in the past three years, this paper analyzes the implementation background, implementation process, achievement promotion and other aspects, and puts forward summary and reflection.

摘要： 2019 年，国务院颁布《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，提出“学历证书+若干职业技能 证书”的“1+X”证书制度。山西机电职业技术学院于 2019 年 6 月申报并成为首批汽车领域 “1+X”证书制度试点院校，针对院校如何落实好“1+X”制度，推动职业院校教育改革，进 行了一系列实施探索。文章基于山西机电职业技术学院三年来在汽车领域“1+X”证书制度 的建设经验，从实施背景、实施过程、成果推广等方面进行分析，并结合实际经验提出总结 与反思。
