Abstract: The construction of teachers' teaching innovation team is an important measure to improve the level of teachers in vocational education under the background of national vocational educational reform. In order to break the dilemma of teachers' teaching innovation team construction in higher vocational colleges, this paper takes the teaching innovation team construction of new energy vehicle major teachers as an example to sort out the construction target positioning, construction planning and construction path. Based on one goal, relying on two platforms, carrying out three adherence, and implementing four docking, it has provided the implementation path of 16 tasks of five major projects. Adopting 12345 modular task-driven construction mode to build a national teacher teaching innovation team with demonstration and leading roles in the field of new energy vehicle technology is an effective countermeasure to complete the task of innovation team construction with high quality.

摘要: 教师教学创新团队建设是国家职业教育改革背景下提升职业教育师资水平的重大举措。 为破除高职院校教师教学创新团队建设的困境,以新能源汽车专业教师教学创新团队建设为 例,对建设目标定位、建设规划和建设路径进行梳理。立足 1 个目标,依托 2 个平台,贯彻 3 个坚持,落实 4 个对接,提供 5 大工程共 16 个任务的实施路径,采用 12345 模块化任务驱 动建设模式,打造新能源汽车技术领域具有示范引领作用的国家级教师教学创新团队,是高 质量完成创新团队建设任务的有效对策。
