Abstract: Local application-oriented institutions cultivate and provide qualified applied technical talents to regional enterprises. The talent training program should be optimized and reformed with the development of enterprises to meet the development needs of enterprises. Taking the vehicle engineering major of Shanxi Institute of Energy as an example, through the demand survey of regional automobile enterprises, this paper carries out the works of professional positioning and training goal optimization, professional characteristics construction, curriculum system and practice system reform, and achieves certain results, which provides reference for the reform of talent training program in application-oriented institutions.

摘要： 地方应用型本科院校向区域企业培养和输送合格应用型技术人才，人才培养方案应随 着企业的发展不断的进行优化改革，以满足企业发展需求。文章以山西能源学院车辆工程专 业为例，通过对区域汽车企业需求调研，开展了专业定位和培养目标优化、专业特色建设、 课程体系和实践体系的改革等工作，并取得了一定成效，为应用型本科院校的人才培养方案 改革提供参考。
