Abstract: Test and simulation are two methods in the development process of engine cooling system. Both have their own advantages and disadvantages in the performance evaluation. This paper proposes a virtual test method combing simulation and preliminary test results to replace the actual test. The results show that,compared with model established by the normal simulation method, the deviation between simulation and test is reduced form 8%~11% to less than 2% in the performance evaluation of cooling system under specific working conditions.

摘要: 整车试验和仿真技术是当前汽车冷却系统开发过程中采用的常用手段,两种方法在系 统性能评估时各有优劣。论文提出一种结合仿真模型和前期试验结果以替代实际试验为目标 的虚拟性能试验方法。结果表明,使用该方法建立的模型在进行特定工况的性能评价时,其 仿真与试验的偏差相比常规方法建立的模型与试验的偏差从 8%~11%降低到 2%以内。
