基于有限元仿真的某车门轻量化分析

Abstract: HyperWorks is used to carry out finite element simulation analysis of vertical stiffness and static strength of a certain commercial vehicle door under the condition of free mode and 1 000 N vertical downward force loading. According to the analysis results, it is determined that there is space for lightweight, based on which two lightweight schemes are designed. The simulation results of free mode, vertical stiffness and static strength of the doors of the two schemes show that the performance of the door of the lightweight scheme 1 meets the requirements of the oEMS and has a good lightweight effect. In scheme 2, the static stress of the inner plate of the door under the loading vertical force exceeds the yield strength of the material, which cannot meet customer requirements. Relevant research can provide customers with reference for door optimization design based on Masteel materials.

摘要: 采用 HyperWorks,针对某型商务车车门开展自由模态、柱碰安全及加载 1 000 N 垂直 向下作用力工况的垂向刚度、静强度有限元仿真分析,根据分析结果判断存在轻量化空间, 据此设计了两种轻量化方案,分别对两个方案的车门进行了各项性能的仿真分析,结果显示 轻量化方案一车门各项性能满足主机厂要求,并具有较好的轻量化效果;方案二车门在加载 垂向力工况下的内板静应力超过了材料的屈服强度,无法满足客户要求。相关研究可为客户 提供基于马钢材料开展车门优化设计的参考。
