Abstract: In order to study the influence of FLEX PLI leg knee ligament spring compression on FLEX PLI leg knee calibration results, according to the installation process of FLEX PLI leg knee ligament spring, number the ligament spring compression nut, determine the high and low level of ligament spring compression, complete eight corresponding state tests according to the partial factor test design scheme analyzed by Minitab software, and according to the test results, using the optimization responder of Minitab software to optimize the spring compression, the optimal state of FLEX PLI leg knee ligament spring adjustment is obtained. By creating a calculation formula, analyze the difference between the median curve of the upper and lower limits of anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) and medial collateral ligament (MCL) tolerance and the curve of ACL, PCL and MCL of FLEX PLI leg knee calibration results, and select the maximum value to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the calibration results. The results show that the optimized compression of ligament spring can make the calibration test results of FLEX PLI leg knee close to the middle value, that is, the leg shape reaches the best state. In addition, the influence of each row of ligament springs on the calibration judgment values ACL, PCL and MCL is also different.

摘要: 为研究柔性腿(文中均写为 FLEX PLI)腿型膝部韧带弹簧压缩量对 FLEX PLI 腿型膝 部标定结果的影响,根据 FLEX PLI 腿型韧带弹簧安装过程,对韧带弹簧压紧螺母进行编号, 确定韧带弹簧压缩量的高低水平,按照 Minitab 软件分析的部分因子试验设计方案,完成 8 次对应状态的试验,并根据试验结果,使用 Minitab 软件的优化响应器优化弹簧压缩量,得到 FLEX PLI 腿型膝部韧带弹簧调节的最佳状态。通过创建计算公式,分析前十字韧带(ACL)、 后交叉韧带(PCL)、内侧副韧带(MCL)容差上下限值的中值曲线与 FLEX PLI 腿型膝部标 定结果 ACL、PCL、MCL 的曲线差值,选取最大值判断标定结果的优劣。结果表明,优化后 的韧带弹簧压缩量,可以使 FLEX PLI 腿型膝部标定试验结果总体接近中间值,即腿型达到 最佳状态。另外,每排韧带弹簧对标定判断值 ACL、PCL、MCL 的影响也不相同。
