基于重复性的汽车滑行试验方法研究

Abstract: In order to improve the repeatability of vehicle coasting test data, a passenger car is used as the research object to conduct coasting tests on straight performance tracks. A reasonable, feasible, universal and efficient hot car, test and data processing method are proposed. The results show that the relative standard deviation of the arithmetic mean of the 8 round-trip data is small. On this basis, aiming at the minimum relative standard deviation, one datum is removed at a time, and two data is removed in total, the results show the relative standard deviation of the processed data is significantly reduced. The influence of speed deviation from reference vehicle speed Δv on the relative standard deviation is studied, and the results show that the larger the Δv, the smaller the relative standard deviation. This method has been applied to vehicles such as electric inverted three-wheeled vehicles, passenger cars and special vehicles. This paper has reference significance for the optimization of vehicle coasting test methods.

摘要: 为了提高汽车滑行试验数据的重复性,以某乘用车为研究对象在直线性能道路开展滑 行试验,提出了一种合理、可行、普适性高、高效的热车、试验及数据处理的方法。试验发 现,8 个往返数据的算术平均值相对标准偏差较小,在此基础上,以相对标准偏差最小为目 标,每次剔除 1 个数据,共剔除 2 个数据,处理后的数据相对标准偏差明显减小。编制了剔 除数据的算法,有助于降低人为主观因素和人为失误的影响,提高了数据处理效率。研究了 与基准车速的速度偏差?v 对相对标准偏差的影响,结果表明?v 越大,相对标准偏差越小。此 方法已经应用于电动倒三轮、乘用车和特种车等类型车辆,对于滑行试验方法的优化有参考 意义。
