汽车门内饰板设计及有限元分析

Abstract: This paper introduces the precautions in the design and development process, especially the location strategy and installation mode of the door interior trim, so as to provide a reference for the design and development of the door trim panel for the subsequent models. The loading requirements of finite element analysis are given. According to the finite element analysis results of three working conditions, it is confirmed that the deformation of working condition 1 exceeds the requirements of the design specification, the solution is given, and the problem is confirmed by finite element analysis again.

摘要: 针对某一汽车门内饰板,介绍了其在设计开发过程中的注意事项,特别是门内饰板的 定位策略及安装方式,为后续车型门内饰板的设计开发提供参考。同时通过常用的有限元分 析软件 HyperMesh 和 ABAQUS 对文章中的门饰板进行刚度分析,给出有限元分析加载要求, 依据其 3 种工况有限元分析结果,确认工况 1 变形量超过了设计规范要求,给出解决方案并 再次有限元分析确认问题得以解决。
