动力电池主动均衡离线设备的设计

Abstract: : In view of the problems of shortened cruising range and frequent charging caused by the inconsistency of the new energy vehicles power battery, an offline maintenance device based on active equalization control is designed, and a bidirectional direct current-direct current (DC-DC) converter is used as the core of the equalization module, and an open circuit voltage (OCV) as the equalization control variable, and the equalizing current can be automatically adjusted according to the voltage difference threshold to realize the energy transfer between the single cells. The test data shows that the device can control the balance voltage difference within 50 mV, and the balance current can be increased to 20 A, which effectively reduces the inconsistency between cells and improves the efficiency.

摘要: 针对新能源汽车动力电池出现的容量、电压不一致性导致的续航里程缩短和充电频繁 问题,设计一种基于主动均衡控制的离线维护设备,采用双向直流-直流(DC-DC)变换器作 为均衡模块的核心,以开路电压(OCV)作为均衡控制变量,均衡电流可根据压差阈值自动 可调,实现单体电池之间的能量转移。离线均衡数据显示,该设备可以将均衡压差控制在 50 mV 以内,均衡电流可提高至 20 A,有效降低了单体电池间的不一致性,提高了均衡效率。
