Abstract: The rapid development of tourism can bring rich economic income to tourist cities. As a world-renowned tourist city, Nyingchi City is the key direction of its urban development to ensure the high-quality development of tourism. Due to the imperfect tourism infrastructure of Nyingchi City and the lack of a reasonable passenger transportation planning system, tourists cannot obtain high-quality service levels, resulting in huge economic losses. Based on the fact that most tourists in Nyingchi City will choose the tourism mode of urban tourism, with the purpose of shortening the travel time of tourists and improving the service level of the tourist passenger transportation system, this paper establishes a scheduling model through genetic algorithms from tourism, passenger transportation, service, economy and other aspects, formulates the corresponding evaluation index system, applies the intelligent scheduling method to the passenger transportation of Nyingchi City,and proves the feasibility of this scheduling method, and provides reasonable suggestions for the future development of tourism passenger transportation system in Nyingchi City.

摘要: 旅游业的飞速发展,可以给旅游城市带来丰富的经济收入。林芝市作为全球知名的旅 游城市,确保旅游业高质量发展是该城市发展的重点方向。由于林芝市旅游基础设施不够完 善、缺乏合理的客运规划制度、游客无法获得高质量的服务水平,因此,带来巨大的经济损 失。文章基于林芝市的游客大部分会选择城市旅游作为旅游方式的特点,以缩短游客出行时 间、提高旅游客运交通系统服务水平为目的,从旅游、客运、服务、经济等方面通过遗传算 法建立调度模型,制定相应的评价指标体系,对林芝市客运交通应用智慧调度方法,并证明 了此调度方法的可行性,对未来林芝市旅游业客运系统发展提供合理建议。
