Abstract: In order to solve the 14 rain leakage problems found in the rain test of the cab of the newly developed heavy-duty long-head truck, the causes of water leakage at the rain leakage point were deeply analyzed, and the rectification measures were formulated from the two aspects of design change and process breakthrough. The actual verification showed that the improvement effect of rain leakage point was remarkable, which improved the rain proof and sealing performance of products, and laid a solid foundation for the finalization and mass production of subsequent models. At the same time, the formed rectification measures can provide reference for the improvement of rain proof and sealing performance of similar products in the automotive industry.

摘要: 为解决新开发重型长头卡车驾驶室在淋雨试验过程发现的 14 项漏雨问题,对漏雨点漏 水原因进行了深入分析,并从设计更改及工艺攻关两方面制定了整改措施。经实际验证,漏 雨点改善效果显著,提升了产品防雨密封性品质,为后续车型定型批量生产打下了坚实的基 础,同时所形成的整改措施可为汽车行业类似产品防雨密封性能改善提供参考借鉴。
