Abstract: To solve the problem of resonance sound in van truck caused by the gap between cab and cargo, the mechanism of noise generation and its transmission path are proposed, and the corresponding troubleshooting ideas are put forward, which is carried out from the aspects of excitation source, transmission path and response point, and the resonance the corresponding solutions to the problems are addressed. From the test results, the effect is obvious, which has significance for the solution of engineering problems.

摘要: 为解决轻型厢式卡车特有的由于声腔共振引起车内共鸣音问题,文章对轻卡车内噪音 产生的机理及传递路径进行了阐述,提出了相应的排查思路,从激励源、传递路径、响应点 方面进行了分析,最后对驾驶室与货箱之间的空隙形成的声腔共振进行了分析,确定了产生 问题的原因,提出了导流罩优化的解决方案。从实际测试结果上看,效果明显,对实际工程 问题的解决具有指导意义。
