Abstract: The “high-cold, high-hot and high-altitude” environmental adaptability test of the whole vehicle is very important in the process of vehicle test development and verification, and it is an indispensable test link. In this paper, a pure electric passenger car is selected. Referring to the standard T/CSAE 163—2020, its performance under the “high-cold, high-hot and high-altitude” environment is comprehensively analyzed by subjective evaluation, and the advantages and disadvantages of product performance are summarized. From the analysis of the evaluation results, it can be seen that the performance of this vehicle is relatively balanced under the "high-cold, high-hot and high-altitude" environment, but there are still some key problems, such as sudden locking of the vehicle screen, no numerical display of the tire pressure alarm, high power consumption in the high-cold environment.
