Abstract: According to the working principle of the engine, the body of the valve lock clamp is small in terms of design. The size of the valve lock clamp of the ordinary commercial engine is about 5 mm×5 mm×2 mm circular arc alloy small pieces. In addition to the difficulty of assembly, how to detect whether it has been installed is also a relatively important link. This paper analyzed the working principle and process of engine valve lock clamp detection equipment often used in the field production process, took the actual situation as an example, and used the three dimensional mathematical model analysis. The limit value setting method of the device and graphical curves under different failure modes were studied and analyzed, and the field engineering and technical personnel can compare the graphical curves, which can quickly find the equipment failure points or product failure points, so as to quickly resume production and improve the capability of online quality detection.

摘要: 根据发动机的工作原理,从设计上来说气门锁夹本体较小,普通商用发动机的气门锁 夹大小约为 5 mm×5 mm×2 mm 的圆弧状合金小片,除了装配比较困难外,如何检测其是否 已经安装好,也是相对重要的环节。本文分析现场生产过程经常用到的发动机气门锁夹检测 设备的工作原理及过程,并以实际情况作为举例,并运用三维数模分析,研究分析该设备的 限定值设置方法和不同故障模式下的图形曲线,进而让现场工程技术人员比对图形曲线,可 快速锁定设备故障点或产品故障点,进而快速恢复生产,提高在线质量探测能力。
