Abstract: This paper discussed in detail the current situation of fatigue endurance test load spectrum of automotive transmission bench at home and abroad, introduced the rotating rain flow counting method and the damage equivalent theory, and on this basis, extracted the fatigue life test load spectrum from the original data of construction machinery shovel loading and driving conditions measured in the test field through gear segmentation, data processing and transformation. The load was used as the input of design life, and the design life of the transmission can be calculated and checked in the research and design stage. At the same time, the load spectrum was also used as the load spectrum of the bench fatigue endurance test to verify the fatigue test of the transmission prototype. It ensured the consistency between the load spectrum of design fatigue and the load spectrum of bench fatigue endurance test, and can also truly reflect the actual working load condition of the construction machinery.

摘要: 文章详细论述了目前国内外变速器台架疲劳耐久试验载荷谱的现状,介绍了旋转雨流 计数法和损伤等效理论,并以此为基础,将试验场实测的工程机械铲装作业和行驶工况下的 原始数据通过挡位分割、数据处理和转化,提取出疲劳寿命试验载荷谱。该载荷作为设计寿 命输入,在研发设计阶段即可对变速器进行设计寿命计算和校核。同时该载荷谱也作为台架 疲劳耐久试验的载荷谱,对变速器样机进行疲劳试验验证。保证了设计疲劳载荷谱和台架疲 劳耐久试验载荷谱的一致性,也能够真实地反映工程机械的实际作业载荷工况。
