Abstract: This paper mainly discussed the optimization of tire pressure detection methods in actual operation, and improved the success rate and accuracy rate of the system in reading tire pressure information. By studying the principle of tire pressure detection and the process of detecting tire pressure information operation in the production line, the main factors affecting its success rate and accuracy rate were deeply analyzed. It was mainly discussed from several aspects, such as tire pressure detection process, key sensor layout, equipment working status, and personnel operation process. The risk points that need to be paid attention to in each link and how to optimize them were expounded. It aimed to provide suggestions for the production line to better detect tire pressure and read information through the connection between theory and practice, combined with actual production experience.

摘要: 文章主要探讨实际操作中对轮胎胎压检测方式的优化,提升系统读取胎压信息的成功 率和准确率。通过研究胎压检测的原理,以及生产线检测胎压信息操作的过程,深入分析影 响其成功率和准确率的主要因素。主要从胎压检测工艺、关键传感器布置、设备工作状态、 人员操作过程等几个方面进行讨论。对各环节有哪些需要注意的风险点以及如何优化进行阐 述,旨在通过理论与实际的联结,并结合实际生产经验,为让生产线更好地对轮胎胎压进行 检测及信息的读取提供建议。
