分体式电磁阀设计理论及方法分析

Abstract: This paper focuses on the definition, structure, working principle, advantages and disadvantages of the split type solenoid valve. Combined with the split type solenoid valve products on the market and the demand characteristics of automatic transmission, through theoretical calculation, simulation analysis and optimization, test verification, consistency influence factor analysis, a high precision split type solenoid valve suitable for wet dual clutch automatic transmission is designed. And in the design process to form a complete split type solenoid valve design theory and method, at the same time in the split type solenoid valve hydraulic module application and cost reduction to achieve a great breakthrough, for the design of the solenoid valve laid the foundation.

摘要: 文章重点描述了分体式电磁阀的定义、结构、工作原理以及优缺点,结合市场上的分 体式电磁阀产品与自动变速箱需求特性,通过理论计算、仿真分析及优化、测试验证、一致 性影响因素分析,设计出一款适用于湿式双离合自动变速器的高精度分体式电磁阀,并且在 设计过程中形成完整的分体式电磁阀设计理论及方法,同时在分体式电磁阀液压模块的应用 以及降成本方面实现较大突破,为电磁阀的设计奠定基础。
