重型汽车离合操纵系统舒适性提升研究

Abstract: Due to the wide application of manual mechanical transmission in heavy vehicles, in the control process of the transmission system, human-computer interaction is frequent, and the unreasonable control system will not only affect the performance of the whole vehicle, but also increase the driver's work intensity and affect the driving experience. From the perspective of ergonomics, this paper analyzes and discusses the layout of the clutch pedal, the control and adjustment of the key points of the pedal stroke and the clutch pedal force, aiming to improve the comfort of the clutch control system and provide some improvement schemes for improving the performance of the clutch control system.

摘要: 由于手动机械式变速器在重型汽车上的应用非常广泛,在对传动系统的控制过程中, 人机交互频繁,不合理的操纵系统不仅会影响整车的使用性能,而且会增大驾驶员的工作强 度,影响驾乘体验。论文从人机工程学角度出发,对离合器踏板的布局、踏板行程关键点的 控制与调整和离合器踏板力等方面进行分析探讨,旨在提高离合器操纵系统的舒适性,为改 善离合器操纵系统性能,提供一些改进方案。
