Abstract: The reliability of automotive interior and exterior parts is particularly important in product development for the complexity of the use environment. The accelerated development of automotive reliability for interior and exterior parts, as well as its classification and performance requirements were introduced in this paper. The artificial weathering aging test and its principle, the classification and application scope of vibration bench were introduced in detail. At the same time, it was illustrated by example in the system durability test and safety test. The research status of reliability tests was further summarized. Finally, the development direction of automotive reliability for interior and exterior parts was summarized and prospected.

摘要: 汽车内外饰件由于其使用环境复杂,在产品研发中的可靠性显得尤为重要。论文探讨 了汽车内外饰可靠性加速试验发展及其分类和性能要求,其中详细介绍了人工气候老化及其 原理、振动台架的分类及其适用范围,同时在系统耐久试验和安全性试验中通过举例说明, 进一步对可靠性试验的相关研究现状进行了概述。最后,对汽车内外饰可靠性的发展方向进 行了总结与展望。
