迈腾 B8L 防盗系统的工作过程与故障诊断方法

Abstract: With the development of science and technology, the new technology in the automobile is applied more and more widely, making the automobile have more complete functions and more complex structure, at the same time, the security and convenience of the anti-theft system to the vehicle has become higher requirements. The function and classification of Magton B8L automobile anti-theft system is analyzed, the body anti-theft system and the engine anti-theft system are introduced, and the control logic and working process of the engine anti-theft system is emphasised, as well as various phenomena in the process of signal transmission in this paper. Through a large number of tests on the real car is used to verify the theory, the cause of the problem is analyzed through the use of fault phenomenon, the automobile anti-theft system fault diagnosis methods and processes are summed up, and take a start button E378 and related line fault diagnosis for example, the process of fault diagnosis for anti-theft system is showed to provide a certain amount of train of thought of fault analysis, to provide some method reference of fault diagnosis of anti-theft system and the practical training and teaching of automobile fault diagnosis is also helped.

摘要: 随着科学技术的发展,新技术在汽车上的应用也越来越多,使得汽车功能更加齐全, 结构更加复杂,同时对防盗系统给车辆带来的安全性和便捷性的要求也越来越高。文章分析 了迈腾 B8L 汽车防盗系统的功能、分类,介绍了车身防盗系统和发动机防盗系统,重点研究 了发动机防盗系统的控制逻辑和工作过程,以及在信号传递过程中产生的各种现象。通过在 实车上大量的实验进行理论验证,利用故障现象进行故障原因的分析,总结出汽车防盗系统 故障诊断方法和流程,而且以一键启动按钮 E378 及其相关线路故障的诊断为例进行防盗系统 故障诊断过程的说明,为汽车防盗系统的故障分析提供一定的思路,为防盗系统的故障诊断 提供一定的方法参考,也对汽车故障诊断的实训教学起到一定的帮助。
