Abstract: In order to study the handling stability of the airport shuttle bus, in the car module of the software Adams, modify the corresponding parameters, establish six subsystem models of the front and rear suspension system, steering system, front and rear tire system, body system, etc, and form the handling stability analysis model of the airport shuttle bus, and then conduct the handling stability simulation test on the completed vehicle model according to criterion thersholds and evaluation of controllability and stability for automobiles (GB/T 6323—2014). According to controllability and stability test procedure for automobile (GB/T 480—1999), the handling stability of the airport shuttle car is evaluated, and the total evaluation score is 71.13 points, and the evaluation result is qualified, which provides a certain theoretical basis for the study of the handling stability of the airport shuttle bus.

摘要: 为研究机场摆渡车的操纵稳定性,在软件 Adams 的 Car 模块中,修改对应参数,建立 前、后悬架系统,转向系统,前、后轮胎系统,车身系统等六个子系统模型,并组建成机场 摆渡车操纵稳定性分析模型,进而根据《汽车操纵稳定性试验方法》(GB/T 6323—2014)对 组建的整车模型进行操稳性仿真试验,并根据《汽车操纵稳定性指标限值与评价方法》(QC/T 480—1999)对机场摆渡车操纵稳定性进行评价,得到总评价计分值为 71.13 分,评价结果为 合格,为机场摆渡车操纵稳定性的研究提供了一定的理论基础。
