Abstract: With the localization of foreign capital heavy truck and the new force of domestic heavy truck, the competition of heavy truck is becoming more and more fierce. As dimension engineers, we should do our best to do a good job of dimension matching, so as to enhance the product appearance quality competitiveness. Through the problems of gap & flush and assembly in the dimension matching of interior and exterior decoration of a heavy truck cab, this paper analyzed and reflected on visual perception, datum, dimension chain, checking fixture, dimension flow and so on. The conclusions are as follows: the quality of pre-dimensional synchronization work, such as style seaming, datum and structure synchronization, has a great influence on the dimension matching. Therefore, only if the pre-dimensional synchronization work is done well, the dimension matching work can be carried out smoothly, so as to rapidly improve the appearance quality level of heavy truck cab and enhance product competitiveness.

摘要： 随着外资重卡国产化以及国内重卡新生力量的加入，重卡竞争日益激烈。作为尺寸工 程师，应尽全力做好尺寸匹配，从而提升产品的外观质量竞争力。论文通过某重卡驾驶室内 外饰尺寸匹配中遇到的间隙面差、装配等问题，从视觉感知、基准、尺寸链、检具、尺寸流 程等方面进行分析和反思，得出造型分缝、基准、结构同步等前期尺寸同步工作的质量好坏 对尺寸匹配的影响很大的结论。因此，只有将前期尺寸同步工作做好了，后期尺寸匹配的工 作才能够顺利地进行，从而快速地提升重卡驾驶室的外观质量水平，提升产品竞争力。
