Abstract: Starting from the technical development background of intelligent clutch system, this paper introduces the technical advantages of intelligent clutch system. According to the early technical route and application situation, this paper expounds the difficulties of developing intelligent clutch system for light truck application. According to the working conditions and environment of light truck, the technical principle and scheme of the development of light truck intelligent clutch system are expounded. And design the main functions of intelligent clutch system. Propose specific technical solutions from the difficulties of truck development. After calibration verification and subjective evaluation, the established development function and performance objectives are achieved. The development and application of intelligent clutch system on a light truck is realized. Completely liberate the driver’s left foot, solve the fatigue caused by frequent stepping on the clutch pedal, and let the driver enjoy the fun of manual shifting. According to the future application and development trend of intelligent clutch system, it can be predicted that intelligent clutch system will become an important part of intelligent driving and assisted driving.

摘要: 文章首先从智能离合系统技术开发背景出发,介绍了智能离合系统技术优势。根据早 期技术路线和应用情况阐明了轻卡车型应用开发智能离合系统的难点。针对轻卡车型的使用 工况和环境阐述了轻卡智能离合系统开发的技术原理和方案,并设计开发智能离合系统实现 的主要功能,从卡车开发的难点方面提出具体的技术解决方案。方案开发实施后经过标定验 证和主观评价,达成了既定开发功能及性能目标,实现了智能离合系统在轻卡上开发应用。 完全解放驾驶员左脚,解决了手动挡车型频繁脚踩离合带来的疲劳,让驾驶员畅享手动换挡 的乐趣。根据智能离合器系统的未来应用发展趋势,可以预测智能离合系统将成为智能驾驶 和辅助驾驶的重要组成部分。
