Abstract: Based on the current situation of the domestic automobile parts manufacturing industry and the domestic and foreign application of manufacturing execution system (MES),the actual needs of the enterprises were identified in view of the current problems such as the large degree of discrete production management in the automobile parts industry, the complex manufacturing process environment, the poor real-time data and the disadvantages of contact bar code identification technology. The contactless automatic identification technology realized by RFID using radio frequency communication was combined with the factory production operation management and real-time data management. As a research method that combining the MES to play the role of information and data bridge between manufacturing activities and management activities in the information system of the whole enterprise, the MES application scheme based on RFID technology was designed and constructed, and the development tools such as structured query language (SQL) database, Java and Lab view were used to successfully implement the application of the electronic power motor manufacturing line of Factory B. Through evaluation, such systems can effectively improve the efficiency of production and operation, and have the significance of promoting in the automobile parts manufacturing industry.

摘要: 文章从国内汽车零部件制造行业的现状及制造执行系统(MES)的国内外应用出发, 针对目前汽车零部件行业生产管理离散程度大、制造过程环境复杂、数据实时性差以及接触 式条码识别技术的劣势等问题,识别企业实际需求,将无线射频识别(RFID)这一使用射频 通信实现的非接触式自动识别技术与面向工厂生产运营管理和实时数据管理,且作为在整个 企业的信息化系统中起到制造活动与管理活动中的信息数据桥梁作用的制造执行系统相结合 的研究方法,设计与构架了基于 RFID 技术的 MES 应用方案,并运用结构化查询语言(SQL) 数据库、Java 及 Lab view 等开发工具,最终成功付诸于 B 工厂电子助力电机制造线的应用实 现。通过评估,该类系统可以有效改善生产运营效率,具备在汽车零部件制造业推广的意义。
