PPM 质量工具在重卡产品设计阶段的探究

Abstract: PPM is an important dimension of quality management index evaluation. By studying the PPM R&D and quality management model in the stage of the automotive product design, this paper promoted the implementation from the reliability design, accuracy of designing bill of material, improvement of high frequency fault after sale,etc. The evaluation results were fed back to the product design stage and process design stage in order to prevent risks. Through optimization and improvement, the product reliability was improved. The corresponding PPM index requirements were formulated. The development and design quality of parts suppliers were constrained. The first failure loss and failure frequency of products after sale were reduced. The efficiency of the vehicle development and customer satisfaction were improved. At the same time, a new idea of PPM quality tool in heavy truck R&D and quality control was put forward.

摘要: PPM 是质量管理指标评价的重要维度。文章通过研究汽车产品设计阶段 PPM 研发质 量管理模式,从可靠性设计、设计物料清单准确性、售后高频故障改进等方面推进实施,将 评价结果反馈至产品设计及工艺设计阶段,起到风险预防作用。通过优化改进,提升产品可 靠性,制定相应的 PPM 指标要求,对零部件供应商开发和设计质量进行约束,降低产品售后 首次故障损失及失效频率,提高整车开发效率及客户满意度,同时提出了 PPM 质量工具在重 卡研发质量管控方面新的思路。
