快插式转向管柱伸缩轴工装的开发与使用

Abstract: A bolt and fast locking connection method is usually used between the steering column and the steering coupling shaft of an automobile. This paper compares the different connection methods and structures between the steering column and the steering coupling shaft. According to the assembly requirements of the steering telescopic shaft, combined with the characteristics of the traditional tooling, a new fast locking tooling is proposed. The superiority of the new tooling is verified, the assembly efficiency of the vehicle parts is improved, and it has good engineering practical value.

摘要: 汽车转向管柱与转向联接轴之间通常采用螺栓与快插式联接方式。论文对比了管柱与 联接轴之间不同的联接方式及其结构,根据转向伸缩轴的装配要求,结合传统工装的特点, 提出了一种新的快插式管柱装配的工装,通过实际装配验证了新工装的优越性,提高了整车 零部件的装配效率,具有很好的工程实用价值。
