Abstract: The windshield of commercial vehicle cab is not only heavy, but also large in shape. Before the windshield of the company's conventional models is installed on the cab, it is necessary to carry out the sub-assembly of the embedded sealant strip. During this process, employees need to bend over and walk under heavy loads. The intensity is very high and seriously affects the occupational health of employees. This paper mainly expounds that the design team must solve the problem that the windshield sub-assembly operation is labor-intensive and affects the occupational health of employees. By analyzing the job site environment and employee workflow, using technical skills, we proposed design ideas, and finally decided on the design of auxiliary equipment. According to the plan, the team carried out grasping design, controlling design, flipping design and transferring design, as well as 3D testing, motion simulation and functional verification. Through the above methods, the auxiliary equipment was successfully put into the site and recognized by the operating employees. After the auxiliary equipment was put into use, the labor intensity of the windshield assembly operation was completely solved, and the occupational health of employees was guaranteed.

摘要: 商用汽车驾驶室挡风玻璃不仅重量重、而且体积大,公司常规车型的挡风玻璃上装驾 驶室前,需要进行嵌入式密封胶条分装作业,此过程中员工需弯腰作业及负重行走,劳动强 度非常大,并且严重影响员工职业健康。论文主要阐述了设计团队必须解决挡风玻璃分装作 业劳动强度大,影响员工职业健康的问题。通过分析作业现场环境及员工工作流程,利用技 术技能,提出设计思路,并最终决定辅助设备的设计。根据方案,团队进行抓取设计、控制 设计、翻转设计及转运设计,并进行三维测试、动作仿真及功能验证等。通过以上方式,辅 助设备最终顺利投入现场,并得到操作员工的认可。辅助设备投入使用后,彻底解决了挡风 玻璃装配作业的劳动强度,保障了员工的职业健康。
