基于载荷传递模型的汽车耐撞性研究

Abstract: In order to improve the safety of vehicle in frontal crash, load transmission in auto-body structure was investigated. The method of optimizing performance of crash is summarized based on it. In the specific case of body structure, modeling the load transmission path in frontal offset impact. The improved scheme is proposed based on the foundation of load transfer path while optimizing the intrusion. Optimization result indicates that the scheme has a positive effect on improving crashworthiness in frontal offset impact.

摘要: 为了提高汽车正面碰撞安全性,文章研究了碰撞载荷在车身结构中的传递路径,并以 此为依托,总结了基于载荷传递路径的汽车碰撞安全性优化方法。以具体的车身结构为例, 结合此方法,构建了其在整车 64 km/h 正面 40%偏置碰撞工况下的载荷传递模型。以优化侵 入量为目标,载荷传递路径为根本,基于所建模型,提出了改进方案。结果表明,提出的改 进方案在改善正面偏置碰撞汽车耐撞性方面取得了很好的效果。
