Abstract: Steering system directly affects the stability of the vehicle and the safety of the passengers. Based on the matching of hydraulic power system of a certain commercial vehicle steering system, this paper describes the calculation of various components parameters of the power system in detail, and matches each system to make sure reliability and safety. The analysis and calculation methods in this paper provide a certain reference signficance for hydraulic power steering system design and application.

摘要: 汽车转向系统直接影响汽车的操纵稳定性和车内人员的安全。文章以某商用车转向的 液压助力系统匹配为基础,详述了助力系统各项参数的计算,并对其各部件的关键参数进行 匹配选型,保证了其可靠性、安全性。文字的分析及计算方案对转向液压助力系统的设计和 应用有一定参考性。
