自动挡轻型物流商用车换挡系统耐久指标研究

Abstract: Automatic transmission commercial vehicles, especially logistics vehicles mainly carried in urban areas, put forward the higher durability requirement for the shift system of automatic transmission because of their complex operating conditions, low average driving speed and frequent starting and shifting. Therefore, it is necessary to set a reasonable durability index for the shift system at the early stage of automatic transmission product design and development, then carry out design, development and test verification based on the durability target, so as to ensure the reliability of the transmission shift system from the design source. This paper investigated the actual application road conditions of a commercial logistics vehicle put into Hefei area, analyzed and screened the representative urban and suburban road conditions, tracked and collected a large number of road condition data, used the Cruise software for simulation calculation and statistical analysis, and finally calculated the cumulative shift times and shift times of each gear based on the life goal according to the proportion of each road condition and load proportion of the target vehicle, which could provide a theoretical basis for the setting of durability index of shift system.

摘要: 自动挡商用车尤其是搭载在主营于城市区域的物流车辆,因其使用工况复杂,平均行 驶车速低,起步及换挡较为频繁,所以对其搭载的自动变速器换挡系统提出了更高的耐久性 能要求。因此,需要在自动变速器产品设计开发初期对换挡系统设置合理的耐久性能指标, 然后再基于耐久性能目标开展设计开发及测试验证,从设计源头保障变速器换挡系统可靠性。 文章通过对某投放于合肥区域商用物流车辆实际应用路况进行调研,分析筛选具有代表性的 城市、城郊路况,跟踪采集大量的路况数据,运用 Cruise 软件仿真计算及统计分析方法,按 照目标车辆各种路况占比,载重占比状态,最终统计计算获得基于寿命目标的累计换挡次数 及各挡换挡次数,为换挡系统耐久性能指标设置提供理论依据。
