Abstract: As the continuous reduction of vehicle background noise, the noise requirements of the electronic components in the vehicle are getting higher and higher. This paper mainly introduces the working noise of a knob electronic gear shifter of some vehicle, the article combined with the internal structure and functional principle of the electronic gear shifter, then in detail describes the problem analysis and solutions verification. Finally, the paper greatly reduces the working noise of the electronic gear shifter. The analysis method and noise improvement ideas in this paper have good guiding significance for other knob electronic gear shifters design.

摘要: 随着车辆背景噪音不断降低,对车内零件工作噪音的要求越来越高,电子换挡器亦是 如此。文章主要介绍了某车型的旋钮电子换挡器工作噪音无法达标,结合该电子换挡器的内 部结构和功能原理,逐个展开问题分析及解决措施验证,最终大大降低了该电子换挡器的工 作噪音。文章中的分析方法和改善思路,对其他旋钮电子换挡器的工作噪音解决及设计预防, 具有较好的指导意义。
